Terms for
the way we work.

These terms keep the relationship clear and human. By using fairskyways.online, you agree to the practical notes below.

Using the site

Fair Sky Ways provides planning information and support. Search results are not a promise of availability or a final fare until a booking is confirmed with the relevant airline or partner. You are responsible for checking travel documents, dates, names, and requirements before purchase.

Prices and availability

Travel prices and schedules can move. Any fare shown on this site is for comparison and planning until the final confirmation step. We aim to make changes visible and explain what is included.

Third-party travel providers

Airlines and other travel providers set their own schedules, fare rules, baggage policies, and ticketing terms. If you proceed with a booking, those provider terms may also apply. Fair Sky Ways is not an airline and does not control a provider’s operations.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, submit misleading information, or attempt to access areas that are not intended for public use.
